We did a last moment change up on first song and sang Trading My Sorrows instead. It was definitely the song that was supposed to be done. From the get go the congregation responded and the praise rose immediately from them and God's Spirit moved. Awesome time of worship!

Today's list was: One Way, Cover the Earth, Shout of the King, You are God, Everlasting God and Through it All. There was an air of expectation and excitement in the house, and worship was...exceptional today. I hate the clock, and wish there was more time for worship!!!
Yesterday's list was:
"And Can It Be"
"I Will Rise Up"
"He's Calling Our Your Name"
Cool thing happened before service: our lead guitarist was having a meltdown - big time creative/musical block - and was getting really frustrated really fast. We chose to worship through the problem and used the song "Surrender" as a prayer. The words "giving up my rights" and "laying down my pride" really resonated through all of us. Break through! 30 minutes later, it was one of the most annointed worship times we've had as a congregation.
