Last Tuesday we were in worship practice and got hit by a spirit of ... LAUGHTER! Soon everyone was laughing so hard, I was crying, my ribs were aching and my guitar was out of tune.
Not that that's anything new. ...
Heard a good one? PUT IT HERE!
:-)
Smile, God loves you.
How many electric guitarists does it take to change a light bulb??
just one, to hold the bulb, because the world revolves around electric guitarists!
an old one, but funny! (and true...)
I am also a member of a sound reinforcement BB. Recently there was a post from a church tech director who was attending to some issue in the drum enclosure. He discovered an inch of wood chips in and around the drums. He messaged the BB about how to approach the situation as they had recently added a zealous drummer from the teens to the team.
Someone asked him what the problem was and asked if the new drummer was blowing thru the drumstick budget.
(afternote - the conclusion was to have the worship leader address it by handing the drummer another stick, with a broom on the end of it.)
An oldie but a goodie - several years ago I broke a guitar string in the middle of the service, while also worship leading.
Just had to tell everyone that I had broken my G string :-) Oops
