Hi there!

I'm using Epiphone Dot Cherry through Mac+Line6 UX1+Gearbox OR through Line6 X3 Live.

I'm hoping to learn more electric guitar stuff for Worship here in this group.
Interested in delay settings (i.e. ping-pong, gallop and the likes...)

Epiphone Sheridan II. Thinking about adding a Bigsby and switching out the pickups. But she plays sweetly as is (for know how it is).

I agree with Gareth, a $100 guitar can play music like a $1,000 one. I have a $100 Ibanez acoustic, but when I play with a friend of mine who has a $2,500 Taylor my guitar sounds like it's made of pine and balsa wood.
I have a Fender Squire Strat and an Ibanez Artcore AF75 in orange. The AF75 is my main guitar. I run it through a Digitech BP80 multi bass effects into a Randall 12watt amp.
My dream guitar rig is a Gretsch Penguin through a Boss GT-10 into a Mesa 550 Combo (or a Gretsch Executive G6136).
Whats yours?

Hey Cajun, I'm there with ya on the Squire Strat. That is what I play, I believe it s a hit and miss on how well there made. I was blessed with one a few years ago and when you can put your guitar in a case leave it for 2 weeks and then pull it out and its still in tune that say's alot about a squire, or when you have friends who play guitar on expensive Strats and love the feel of your guitar says a lot. Finally when your worship Leader says they love your guitar sound. I know amps and pedals can help, but you know when a guitar is out of tune or not. So thanks Fender for making a guitar not only affordable, but stands up to the pro's.

I use an Ibanez JS1000 BTB (Twin Humbuckers), and an old 1980's Sunn Mustang (H/S/S) that I got off Ebay, which I have resprayed and replaced all the wiring in and added a "neck on" switch. Sounds as good as a Fender for a whole lot less £££. I have both guitars going through a home made A/B box, a modded Cry Baby Wah, Nobels ODR-S(Strat overdrive), Rocktron Dragon Slayer(Ibanez overdrive), Volume Pedal, modded axl stereo chorus a Line 6 Echo Park and a Lexicon....something, can't remember what it's called, but its a multi effects unit that I use as an amp simulator. (My church is trying to have the platform uncluttered, so no amp, but before that I used a Laney 15w)

Y'know, although I've been playing on and off for 20 years, the only thing that qualifies me as an electric guitarist is that I'm the one that plays electric on Sunday morning. I've made a (poor) habit of saying that I use a Variax, PODXTLive, and Roland guitar synth to cover up the fact that I'm a mediocre player. My perspective is changing, though. I now realize that my mediocre playing is an opportunity for God's glory when what I play comes out good and inspires the congregation to worship...or at least doesn't detract from it.
