"Camera is out in congregation. A/V are outputs only. Using the mini HDMI out connector disables the 3.5mm A/V out. Stereo 3.5mm mic input is the only connector for external audio. Our FOH levels are so low that the acoustic piano's unamplified…"

"Are you sure it needs mic level?  I looked at the manual a bit and it looks like there's an A/V in/out connector on there that could handle line level.  If you're just hearing vocals and (electric?) piano in the audio, that…"

Blue Christmas

Although I'm not playing in the worship band right now, I am still on the worship committee at church, and back in October or November I brought up the idea, and when I found out that the pastor was up for doing the service, I signed on to do the music (guy & guitar style). Hey Charles, I hope all is well with you. Retired but not out I hope.

You are a wise & experienced Man of God. Your wealth of experience is essential for new worship leaders to glean from. Even tho the songs are different today the key purpose is still the same. I really appreciate reading your comments to songwriters, outlining your thoughts about songs.

I have a similar outlook.

Worship songs = Singing to God.

Praise songs = Singing about God.

Testimony = personal story about experience.

Inspirational songs = encouragement to the church.

Keep commenting & being effective. This network needs your voice.

Blessings. Rick
