For a lifetime, It has been my dream to record an album. In February of 2000, I was told that my lung disease was fatal and that I should go home, get my affairs in order. Information like that can kill a dream, but when God births a dream, nothing can stop it! In July of 2000, God spoke to me and said, “This sickness is not unto death but for the Glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified by it.” (John 11:4). On Saturday February 17, 2001, I received a life-saving, lung transplant at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. By the Grace of God, my dream has come true! So here it is, at long last, the album I’ve always wanted to make. I’ve entitled the album, “The Legacy,” because the legacy I want to leave is one of authentic Christianity, heart-felt devotion and genuine worship for our Great God. I dedicate it to my family...
