Guitar, technical arts (sound, video, etc...)
About Me:
The Judah Community is intended to be a group of musicians mentoring one another in practical ways for the building up of the Body of Christ. This should be a training resource, and not a replacement for real relationships in your church.
Favorite Music:
Captain English in Space, Second Covenant, Sand Castle, Larry Norman, Phil Keaggy, Whitecross, Shout, David Crowder, Chris Tomlin, Charlie Hall, Steve Fee

Training Tools

We recognize that an area where many churches fall short is the mentoring of artists. Our hope is to help develop the technical and spiritual gifts within those artists. May we each be challenged to do the best that we can with our gifts for the Bride of Christ.

If there are additional resources for the videos posted, they will be attached here (thanks Phil). When possible, they will be PDFs.

I'm excited to be involved on the worship team with this month's John 17 Ministries gathering at Christ Fellowship Worship Center. It is always a very free time in worship. Check them out when you have time - www.john17ministries.org.

Reading my Pastor's book

Posted on December 12, 2008 at 1:00am 0 Comments

Just thought I'd let everyone know that I fully enjoy, support, and am constantly challenged (in a good way) by the Senior Pastor at Christ Fellowship Worship Center, Mike Hoke.

I am really pumped about reading his first published work about Ehud, as I saw this book develop over a number of years. It is about principles of spiritual warfare.

I will include the link if you would like to check it out.…

Things are just getting started

We've just reached the point where our technology is starting to match the vision for providing technical resources for musicians in the church. The hope is to provide some useful and practical tools and to use social networking as a distribution mechanism. There is more to come. Our hope is to provide accurate, quality presentations of useful data.

I am looking at a Line 6 M-13. I think I like the idea of setting up my "scenes" for each song. Just wondering if you had any other recomendations. BTW...I just picked up that new American Special mahogany (crimson red) strat! LOVE IT!
