- I am a happily married mom of five who is blessed to be able to periodically step away from my busy schedule and use my gifts to serve Jesus. Thanks to my hubby for letting me be so flexible all these years! :) I have played piano, written songs and sung since I can remember... but, God used an open minded Calvary Chapel who asked to hear a 'home-made' tape, one time, to demonstrate to me that leading worship is very much like the way I always chose to worship God in private. Through this pastor's willingness to use a 'female' worship leader in the 90s, I was able to discover the intimacy and beauty of different ways of leading people in worship. I was trained in classical piano, coached by a studio musician from Church on the Way, and am now writing again after many years of not having the time or inspiration. I thank God for Christian friends, fellow musicians, my Christian 'women' friends, and, of course, my family....they are all an inspiration to me!
