My church isn’t opened back up yet as we meet in a college auditorium and we’re at the mercy now of when the school re-opens. I’ve been hearing lots of reports from different people on church attendance since reopening, saying it’s a fraction of what it used to be. Personally, I don’t think it’ll ever get back to what it was. About Me:
I grew up in the church as a PK (Pastor’s Kid) and was involved in the worship band from a young age. Growing up, I played saxophone not only in my church, but in various worship bands, events, camps and recording projects. I then graduated from Indiana University School of Music with a performance degree on saxophone. While in college, I began doing some worship leading in my local church, then other churches, then took a full-time music pastor position right after graduating. I served in that capacity (in a few places) for about 8 1/2 years. Then I switched gears and launched my own web development business (which I had done part-time while working in the church). After a brief break, I stepped into a new part-time music pastor position at a church plant and helped grow the church to about 550 members in 8 years. I have recorded 9 live worship CDs and been a part of many others during my 20 years of worship leading experience.

I was very involved in a local worship conference that lead to discussions of how to further and regularly resource and serve local church music ministries. Out of all of it, WorshipReady.com was born. It was created to become the highest quality worship chord chart resource, with direct connection to the iPad OnSong app, and also to build a community and overall worship leader resource. Then in October 2016, I took on the ownership of WorshipTheRock!

My wife and 1 of our 5 birth kids live in Fort Collins, CO, where we just moved to summer of 2017. We also have 4 foster kids (siblings) presently that we will likely have the opportunity to adopt! I am part of the worship team at our church, leading worship in a rotation with a few other worship leaders.

I used to live in Fort Collins back in the 70s. I was stationed FE Warren AFB in Cheyenne

but lived in Fort Collins. I remember it being so beautiful there , we used to drive in the mountains a lot. How are you handling the legalized pot world. I just feel so bad for the kids, it's in the candy and food. It's probably coming to Kentucky as well.

I am writing a lot of new songs. I would love to get them into worship.
