- Like a lot of P&W - anything with lots of harmony potential and "smart" lyrics. Enjoy Avalon, PCD, Casting Crowns, Natalie Grant, and indies Jacob Moon and Christopher Clause.

another poem looking for a tune

God speaks; His Word is the music
in every believer's ear.
His ways and His thoughts are the melody,
His heart is the rhythm we feel.
But the music is only sound in the air
'til we choose to respond and obey.
When we're moved by his music
to enter the Dance,
Love is the instrument God plays.
Faith is the Dance
Conviction and action, moving as one
Faith is the Dance
Give glory and honour and praise to the Son
Faith... Faith… Continue
in every believer's ear.

This is my first blog, and I'm kinda shy, but I really wanted to share something I've written. The words came in a torrent, almost fully formed (am I the only one whose random thoughts tend to rhyme??) during a communion service about 2 months ago. I think it's a song, but I don't have a tune, so maybe it's a poem. I'd like to share it and get your feedback. This seems like a safe place...
