Thanks for the add.
I happen to know Robin personally. We have had him visit us twice in Navajoland. Spent several days with him and the band and will see him in Scottsdale,Az n June, andMesa Az in August.
I do recommend the other groups I mentioned on my profile. They are not part of the mainstream, and some of them have contributed their talents to our cds.
Oh boy, God answered my prayer!! Robin Mark is coming to Dingwall on 1 May!!!! We are booking tickets to see him... Dingwall, in case you don't know, is close to Inverness which is our nearest city (110 miles away from Wick where we live) We are so excited about seeing him! I only found out tonight at prayer meeting that he was coming to Scotland. Woop woop!!!!
Thanks Benjamin! Yes, I have heard of Robin Mark. While I lived in England I would hear his songs. I don't care for his style but I'm sure his lyrics are good. He seems to do alot of hymns. I'll give him another try. I'll look into those recommendations you listed. Who I really like is Stuart Townend; mostly his modern day hymns. I also like Sovereign grace music. Lyrical content is my passion. It's hard to find good songs now a days. The Church has become so shallow from pulpit to worship. It is so important that we buck the trend! To be responsible in the kind of influence we can make in the worship ministry scene. Thanks for your interest! Blessings to you!
