Dear Zam, I'm so happy you are engaged in the study of God. I pray it helps you grow in stature, like Jesus did. Guess it's hard to study and be involved in worship, too.
My grandson has a neural difference, a mental illness called bipolar disorder. He's very young, at 6 years old, to have a mental health diagnosis, but he was at times a holy terror, and his parents couldn't control him. Other times he was sweet, kind, loving, and pleasant. Please pray for him and his family! Ask your prayer group to pray for him. He's on an effective medication right now, but there are still problems. He's little and blond/blue eyed, cute, and brilliant. lol God bless your studies, and may they bring you closer to Him! \O/
Zam (if that's not ok to call you that, pls say so!) Does your worship group have someone over it? A servant leader who walks in the fruit of the Spirit? If so, then make sure you are relationally connected, and that everyone has trust in one another. Then do Matt 18:15."If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over.
16.But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.'
17.If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
The word "sin" might be a little strong here, but the fact is we need to be able to speak to one another in order to be effective.
Dear Lord Jesus, bless Zamlaletc in this situation. I praise you that these people are worshipping and praising You, and want to walk in fellowship with all their hearts! Build the relationships in Your body, so they can say anything, and never be offended with one another, so great is their love for one another and for You! Bless each one of this group with trust and faith out of their love for You, and for one another. Don't let the enemy separate them by wounds, pride, or offense, sweet Holy Spirit! We love You so much! Inasmuch as you have done it unto the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me.
Welcome to Worship the Rock! Glad to see you getting involved with the discussions here. And do check out the songs the others have uploaded, lots of great stuff! :)
